Personal Data (GDPR)

The GDPR applies to all entities and individuals based in the EU and to entities and individuals, whether or not based in the EU, that process the personal data of EU individuals. The GDPR defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We act as a data controller for the EU customer information we collect to provide our products and services and to provide timely customer support. This customer information includes things such as customer name and contact information.

We store data that customers have given us voluntarily. For example, in our role as data controller, we may collect and store contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, or physical address when customers sign up for our products and services or seek support help as well as information related to our service such as POAC's assessment after each STS Operation . We also may collect other identifying information from our users, such as date of birth and nationality in order to assign their account to the relevant database records in the scope of Past STS Experience and Performance

You are in complete control of your personal data, and can delete it from DYNAMARINe's servers at any time. Your personal information related on STS operations and any other similar services under ONLINESTS service will be deleted. Once your data is deleted, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address. Please note that deleted data cannot be restored.

What will be deleted?

• Information you have added to your profile such as personal data and non-osis experience,
• Any information received from our clients during the Assessment and Screening process (only the assessment part)

Please note: Deleting your data only deletes your historical information, it will not delete any future information you put back on the system. For legal reasons we cant delete any billing data from our systems.

How can I download my content/data from STS Experts?
You can export and download your personal information as received from our clients or as you have already submitted in our service through the Personal Data section. Data will be exported in a structural format.

Note: Downloading your data does not delete them from DYNAMARINe's servers.
